Daniel C. Agresta III
President & CEO
A 28-year veteran in building and leading telecommunications organizations, Danny founded APC Towers out of his passion for operational excellence and customer experience. Prior to APC, he held leadership roles at American Tower and SpectraSite, focusing on carrier sales, integrator partnerships, business development, collocation, and site development. Committed to industry and community impact, he serves on the Wireless Infrastructure Association board and co-chairs its Infrastructure Developers Forum. For 15 years, he led the Carolinas Wireless Association, growing membership sixfold and raising over $400,000 for local charities including Victory Junction, Folds of Honor, and First Tee. He invests locally as part of the ownership group for nine historic North Carolina apartments and advises students through NC State’s Poole College of Management ELEVATE program. He also serves on the boards of Victory Junction, Airwavz Solutions, and the NC Tech Advisory Board.
Mark Cravens
Chief Development Officer
With over three decades of experience in telecommunications infrastructure, Mark Cravens serves as Chief Development Officer at APC Towers, overseeing the Real Estate, Construction, and Business Development teams. He joined Danny in 2012 to acquire and develop tower assets for a new venture, helping to launch APC Towers in 2014. Raised in a family construction business, Mark began working on cell tower sites at the age of 14, and his early work in general labor has been a key source of his relentless work ethic. That foundation shaped a career spanning site acquisition, construction management, and business development, including leadership roles at SBA Communications, SpectraSite, and Capital Telecom. An active supporter of community and industry initiatives, Mark has served on the boards of the Ohio Wireless Association, as President of the St. Susanna Athletic Boosters Organization, and as a member of the Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy Athletic Boosters. He now enjoys traveling with his wife and watching their two children compete in college athletics.
